The Koi Fish Collection

The Koi Fish Collection is well on the way, with one painting already sold! The inspiration was borne out of my Set Sail Collection where I have used three different techniques, and a sense of motion and water. After diving into my Set Sail Collection, I wanted to explore other beautiful entities upon water, or even in water. Koi fish was the harmony and balance I was looking for; a kind of existence we have been trying to get back to after these tough few years. Or maybe it was never really balanced or harmonious in the first place? I want to offer a feeling of 'newness' or 'what's possible' - a feeling of aesthetics that maybe, we need to unfold and discover more. I have always believed that there were other heights of revelation and serenity I have yet to experience. Through my art, and painting for you and my collectors, I can but almost taste that upper echelon of lightness and possibility. The Koi Fish Collection offers this balance in a sometimes dissonant world, but it is also meant to be playful and fun.
